Software for the BMW B48 2.0 litre turbo in the F56 Cooper S and JCW, Clubman and Countryman JCW, plus the three-cylinder B38 in the Cooper where supported.
R56 Cooper S and JCW tuning
Calibration for the earlier 1.6 litre turbo Prince engine, once we are happy the timing chain, high pressure fuel pump and carbon build-up have been checked.

Check the R56 Prince engine carefully
The earlier 1.6 litre turbo is known for timing chain wear, oil consumption and carbon build-up on the intake valves. We inspect these before tuning and will tell you honestly if work is needed first.
Service and health check
Fresh oil, plugs and coils make a real difference on a turbo Mini. We log the car first to make sure it is running cleanly.
Clutch and gearbox limits
Manual clutches on high kilometre cars can slip once torque goes up. We check the condition and talk about clutch options before Stage 2 and beyond.
