What we do

Everything your Mercedes-Benz needs

A full workshop set up around European cars, with the diagnostic equipment and factory training to back it up.

A and B logbook servicing

We follow the Mercedes Assyst service indicator and carry out A and B services to the factory schedule, with the correct oil grades, filters and fluids. Your logbook is stamped on completion.

AMG performance servicing

From C 63 to AMG GT, we service AMG models to the higher performance schedule, including high-temp brake fluid, carbon-ceramic rotor checks and dyno-verified tunes when you want more.

Airmatic and Active Body Control

Compressor relays, valve blocks, ride-height sensors and replacement struts. We diagnose Airmatic and ABC faults properly rather than guessing parts.

7G-Tronic and 9G-Tronic transmissions

Fluid and filter service on 722.9 and 725.0 boxes, conductor plate replacement and adaptive learning resets. Catches the classic shudder before it becomes a rebuild.

Diesel and AdBlue systems

OM651, OM642 and OM656 diesels handled in-house. NOx sensor faults, SCR system warnings, AdBlue heater and injector replacement, EGR and DPF servicing.

Brakes, suspension and steering

Genuine and OEM pads and rotors, including AMG carbon-ceramic. Bushes, ball joints, control arms and steering racks aligned to spec on completion.

Diagnostics and electrical

Star-compatible diagnostics for SAM modules, COMAND and MBUX faults, parking sensors, distronic radar calibration and CAN bus issues.

EQ electric vehicle servicing

EQA, EQB, EQE and EQS handled to Mercedes' EV service schedule, including high-voltage system checks, coolant service and brake servicing where regen has masked wear.

Roadworthy and pre-purchase

VicRoads-licensed roadworthy certificates and detailed pre-purchase inspections so you know exactly what you are buying before you sign.

4MATIC drivetrain servicing

Transfer case fluid changes, front and rear differential service, and prop shaft and CV inspections on 4MATIC AWD models. Skipped intervals here are how AWD systems get expensive, so we keep yours on schedule.

Common faults we fix

The Mercedes problems we see most

A short list of the recurring issues across the Mercedes range. If yours is on here, we have probably fixed it this week.

  • Airmatic suspension faults

Sagging on one corner, compressor running constantly or no lift on start-up. We test the system end to end and replace only what has actually failed.

  • 722.9 transmission shudder

The slight shudder under light throttle is almost always conductor plate or valve body related. Catch it early and a fluid service and conductor plate sorts it.

  • AdBlue and NOx sensor faults

A common reason for the OM651 and OM642 throwing 'no restart in xxx miles' warnings. We diagnose the actual cause rather than blanket-replacing parts.

  • M276 coolant losses

Slow coolant loss on the M276 V6 often comes back to the thermostat housing or oil cooler seals. We replace with revised parts so it does not return.

  • MBUX and COMAND faults

Screen freezes, distronic warnings, parking sensor errors. We code, calibrate and replace modules where the diagnostic data points us, not where the dash light suggests.

FAQ

Mercedes-Benz servicing questions

  • No. Australian Consumer Law allows you to service your Mercedes-Benz at any qualified workshop using quality parts and the manufacturer's schedule, with no impact on your warranty. We service to the Mercedes Assyst schedule, use the specified parts and fluids, and stamp your logbook.

  • Yes. AMG sits right in our wheelhouse. We carry out the AMG higher-spec service intervals, use the correct high-temperature fluids and parts, check carbon-ceramic rotors where fitted, and can tune for more power and torque on top with in-house dyno work.

  • Yes, we use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts where appropriate and high-grade OEM-equivalent parts (the same factory suppliers, without the badge) when it makes sense. We always tell you what we are quoting on before any work starts.

  • Yes. Airmatic compressors, valve blocks, struts, ride-height sensors and ABC pumps are routine for us. Most other workshops swap parts and hope. We diagnose with Star-compatible equipment and replace only what has actually failed.

  • Yes, we service Vito and Sprinter to the manufacturer schedule. AdBlue and SCR systems on the OM651 and OM642 are well covered, and we can carry out roadworthy inspections on commercial registrations as well.

  • Yes. We are a VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester. Roadworthy certificates (RWC) are issued for registration and vehicle transfers across the Mercedes-Benz line-up, including AMG and the G-Wagen.
