AMG ECU remapping
Engine calibration for the M139 four-cylinder in the 45 S models and the M177 and M178 twin-turbo V8s, using DMS software refined on our dyno. We back up the original file before anything is written.
9G-Tronic, MCT and AMG DCT gearbox software
Revised shift timing, torque limits and launch behaviour so the transmission keeps pace with the extra torque. DMS gearbox software covers a range of Mercedes automatic and dual-clutch units.
Turbo four and six-cylinder petrol tuning
Software for the non-AMG turbo petrols in models like the A250, C300 and GLC 300, plus the 43 and 53 series where supported. A sensible way to sharpen response without changing the character of the car.
Exhaust and valve control
Cat-back and valved systems, including DMS titanium exhausts and exhaust valve control, so you choose when the AMG gets loud. We keep noise levels in mind for VicRoads roadworthiness.
Intercooler and cooling upgrades

Health check and service first
We check service history, scan for fault codes and log the car before tuning. Spark plugs, coils and fluids on an AMG are worth refreshing before any extra load goes through them.
98 RON fuel only
AMG calibrations are built around premium 98 RON fuel. Running lower octane will cost you performance and margin.
Warranty and dealer servicing
Tuning can affect your new car warranty claims on related components. Talk to us about your situation before booking if the car is still under factory cover.
Hybrid and latest models
Newer plug-in hybrid AMG models and some of the latest ECUs have limited tuning support. We confirm what is possible for your specific car before quoting.

Yes, on supported models. DMS offers gearbox software for a range of Mercedes transmissions, and we recommend calibrating it alongside the engine so shift behaviour and torque limits suit the new output.
It depends on the car, its engine, condition and the stage. We would rather give you a reliable, repeatable result than chase a peak number, and we show you before and after dyno runs.
That is the goal. Our calibrations keep idle, cold starts and low speed driving close to factory, so the extra performance is there when you want it and the car stays civil in traffic.
Yes. We save your original ECU and TCU files before any changes, so the car can be returned to standard software if you sell it or change your mind.
